Her career began in hospitality, where she led pre-opening training, service quality initiatives, and succession coaching across hotels, private clubs, and integrated resorts. This operational grounding shapes her practical, scenario-based facilitation style.
Wonder designs and delivers learning in Business Management, Leadership, People Effectiveness, and Service Excellence. She is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach, TEAM Coach, MBTI® Practitioner, and holds credentials in transformative coaching, emotional intelligence (EQ), TESOL, and ACTA.
